The documents necessary for customs registration of the exporting cargoes

For customs registration of export cargo it is necessary for you to give following documents:

• customs declaration (CD) (drawing up by customs broker);
• customs accreditation card;
• agency contract with customs broker;
• contracts and its appendixes;
• shipping documentation (CMR, Carnet Tir, Air WayBill, Bill of Lading, packing list) (may be drawing up by customs broker);
• commercial documentation (invoice) (may be drawing up by customs broker);
• permissions, certificates or stamps other state authorities (non-tariff regulation) (e.g. ecological certificate, veterinary certificate, health certificate, phitosanitary certificate);
• other documents at the request of customs authorities.
