Documents required for accreditations legal person in customs authorities:
Originals and the copies of the following documents:
- the statement from the charter of the enterprise in which the right of the enterprise to conducting foreign trade activities are stipulated;
- the certificate of bodies of the state Statistics on entering of the enterprise in the Uniform state register of the enterprises and the organisations of Ukraine;
- the certificate of the payer of the VAT (at availability);
- the certificate of authorised bank on availability of currency accounts;
- copies of passports of the head, accountant, persons responsible for work with customs;
- customs accreditation card filled in duplicate and its electronic copy.
Documents required for accreditations private enterprise in customs authorities:
Originals and the copies of the following documents:
- the certificate on the state registration of the private enterprise – the subject of an entrepreneurial activity in the State regional administration;
- the certificate of tax departments (4-OPP);
- the certificate of the payer of the VAT (at availability);
- the certificate of authorised bank on availability of currency accounts;
- copies of passports of the head, accountant, persons responsible for work with customs;
- customs accreditation card filled in duplicate and its electronic copy.
