List of documents required for car customs clearance in Ukraine:

In order for a customs broker to issue a preliminary declaration and a general declaration of arrival, the presence of which is a prerequisite for the passage of your vehicle into Ukraine, it is enough to send a photo to any messenger of the following documents:
- bill of sale (contract of sale) or invoice;
- transit vehicle registration certificate of the car;
- passport and identification code of the owner;
- a copy of the bank receipt on payment of customs duties.
At the border you will be given a copy of the preliminary declaration and your documents will be stamped. The inspection report of the car is not drawn up at the border, and the inspection itself is carried out, if necessary, at the internal customs office.
It is necessary to make sure that customs stamps are on the main documents - the contract of sale and vehicle registration certificate.
We remind you that as a rule, the time of delivery of the car and its documents to the customs office of destination is not more than 10 days from the moment of crossing the border.
To confirm the customs value, you may also need an expert report on the market value of the car, which is prepared after delivery of the car to the customs office of destination.
